What if your flute group consists of 12 players with everything from contrabass to piccolos and with abilities that range from world class to sort of indifferent? I’ll bet you have a hard time finding repertoire. What if you’ve always wanted to perform a piece on 10 piccolos that would have the audience screaming for less? It should at least have a sense of humor, right? Do you know what the first movement of Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony would sound like played by a flute choir? (Pretty funny, actually. I’ve done a transcription.)
I can customize music for your particular needs. If you have a piece in mind that you’d like to have arranged for your group, or have an idea or inspiration for an original work, I am accepting commissions and would consider any reasonable request for a surprisingly affordable fee.
